My name is Grant Corriveau and I’m the founder of the SHREDDED IN 12 Program. I’ve helped 100’s of people like you who want to get shredded and learn the tools to stay lean all year round.

Over the past 10 years I’ve worked in private homes with minimal equipment, commercials gyms and now I organized all those years of knowledge and experience in an online program I call the SHREDDED IN 12 Program. Over these next 12 weeks we’ll break down the strategies you need to get lean including personalized and versatile meal plans, customized workouts and all your FAQ’s organized in a fitness course with all the tips, tricks and hacks to optimize your muscle, mindset, mobility and meal plan to get SHREDDED!

In this program you’ll get access to the SHREDDED IN 12 app that tracks your food / calories / macros, and connects to your smart watch to accurately measure your caloric burn and needs. You’ll also get access to your customized workouts with any modifications or intensifiers needed to get the most out of your training. We offer BOTH @ home workouts and GYM workouts (using barbells, dumbbells, and some select cable machines). You’ll also get access to SHREDDED University, which is our online training course. This course is your “resource site” to answer any questions you have related to your program. For example, if you need strategies around feeling bloated, then not only will that solution be available in the site, but it will be broken down so you understand why it happens too. This is just one of the ways we help you become better, stronger and leaner every day!

My mission comes from something very personal to me…

Growing up I struggled a lot with my body, mindset and had no confidence or belief in myself..

I was pessimistic and looking for the problem rather than focus on the solution. I grew up in an environment that favored survival and stability over excitement, transformation and growth! I was depressed and every new challenge I faced was overwhelming with anxiety and frustration..

I needed something to transform my mindset and kick my mental health to a whole new level! Day by day I trained and failed, learned and implemented as I tried new strategies until I completely refined how I look and feel.

With that being said…My mission is to teach you how to go BEYOND your mindset, your mental and physical limitations by showing you how to take CONTROL of your results… Because ANYONE can get shredded!!

Meet Tyler

  • The program prices will be discussed on our 12 week strategy session. This is NOT a 12 week “workout plan.” This is a 12 week intensive, teaching you everything you need to know to eat, train and problem solve your way out of any future plateaus.

    We want your results to be PERMINANT! So you’ll be learning not just WHAT to do, but HOW to do it for yourself!

  • No. Although I HIGHLY recommend using the gym for MAXIMUM rsults, you’ll have access to home based workouts as well.

  • If you’re training at GYM or Garage GYM (using home based machines / cable systems):

    • Adjustable Bench

    • Cable Machine (must be able to do lat pulldowns, Seated Cable Rows)

    • Dumbbells ranging from 5 - 25lbs (up to 50lbs more if intermediate level)

    • Barbells (preferably Olympic barbells and plates)

    • Squat rack

    If you’re training at HOME:

    • Dumbbells ranging from 5 - 25lbs (up to 50lbs more if intermediate level)

    If yo follow the ACTION PLANS I provide each week than by:

    Week 1 - You’ll notice an increase in energy and can lose between 3-8lbs in the first week (dependent on your body’s response)

    Week 4 - By this time you would have lost 10-14lbs

    Week 4-6 - You will notice significant changes in your weight, the way your clothes fit, and significant changes to your pictures (stomach flatter, skin folds shrinking, straighter posture, leaner legs and glutes to name a few!)

  • Getting SHREDDED can feel like a lot of work. To simplify your journey, I have everything done for you!

    Workouts: all workouts will be customized to your equipment and muscular mechanics (meaning providing an exercise that will work for YOU. Ex - modified push ups if you can’t perform a standard one)

    Your workouts will be split into 3-5 weight lifting sessions, hitting each muscle group 1-2x per week (ex - legs & shoulders, chest & shoulders, back, core & arms)

    Every exercise will include a demo video for form

    Nutrition: You have the option of 2 meal plan templates. Either using the done for you meal plan (downloadable excel 7-day meal plan tracker with a master list of proteins, carbs, fats, greens and recipes)

    Accountability: I’m a NO B.S coach! Our time is VALUABLE! As someone who wants results as quick as possible you’re required to raise the standard for your goals.

    Every Sunday is CHECK IN DAY which requires you to send in your:

    • weight (weekly)

    • or pictures, measurements & weight (all 3 biweekly)

    You’ll also get a questionnaire to give me insight on your next 7 day plan.

    Once you send all the information I will provide you with your ACTION PLAN in a video response. I’ll include everything you’ll need to do to drop more lbs, inches and optimize your nutrition, workouts and aerobics.
