A Little About My Journey..

When I first started I struggled I was a MESS and had NO IDEA where to start!

Food intake and counting calories was confusing and frustrating.. I was overwhelmed by conflicting diets and tried every diet from one extreme to the next with no physical changes.. Sometimes these plateaus lasted months at a time!

My consistency suffered! While struggling with undiagnosed ADHD, it was difficult to stay consistent… I’d often become overwhelmed by the daily stresses of life and trying to “fit everything in.”

Struggling with anxiety made it 10x more difficult to join the gym. Everyone around me seemed like they had their s*** together and knew what they were doing. Where I was figuring out how to work these damn contraptions lol (exercise equipment / machines).

Getting SHREDDED didn’t come easy.. But the experience I gained gave me insight from others who were ahead of me. It gave me confidence too! The more I tried and failed, the faster I learned to correct the process.

I quickly realized that my super power was to push beyond my comfort zone. And I got REALLY good at it!

These struggles lead to me gaining 30 - 40lbs of muscle! I also competed in the OPA (Ontario Powerlifting Association) in the mens open-83kg category winning a bronze medal, 2 gold medals and the top prize for the best Wilks score of 393.40, lifting the most combined weight of 1,229lbs weighing 169lbs (in squats, bench press, dead lift).

No matter the struggle or the doubt in your mind, you can (AND WILL) surprise yourself on you abilities!

  • The program prices will be discussed on our 12 week strategy session. This is NOT a 12 week “workout plan.” This is a 12 week intensive, teaching you everything you need to know to eat, train and problem solve your way out of any future plateaus.

    We want your results to be PERMINANT! So you’ll be learning not just WHAT to do, but HOW to do it for yourself!

  • No. Although I HIGHLY recommend using the gym for MAXIMUM rsults, you’ll have access to home based workouts as well.

  • If you’re training at GYM or Garage GYM (using home based machines / cable systems):

    • Adjustable Bench

    • Cable Machine (must be able to do lat pulldowns, Seated Cable Rows)

    • Dumbbells ranging from 5 - 25lbs (up to 50lbs more if intermediate level)

    • Barbells (preferably Olympic barbells and plates)

    • Squat rack

    If you’re training at HOME:

    • Dumbbells ranging from 5 - 25lbs (up to 50lbs more if intermediate level)

    • Adjustable Bench (NOT adjustable BARBELL Bench)

    • Hip resistance bands

    Additional Beneficial Equipment:

    • Yoga mat

    • Foam Roller

    • Resistance bands

    • Resistance HIP bands

    • Cardio machine (treadmill or equivalent)

    ***KEEP IN MIND: Hip bands / resistance bands may be required for home BACK training to target the back equivalent to gym machines)***

  • You’ll also need to have access to:

    • Flexible, body measuring tape

    • Bodyweight scale

    • Food scale

    • 3-5 per week

    • Between 2-5 (dependent on goals, bodyfat %)

  • First, understand that this is not a quick fix but a journey. And if you’re anything like I was when I first started, you’ll need that extra PUSH and quick-problem solving to move smooth and fast to your goals.

    This program is designed to help beginner (< 1 year exp) to intermediate (1-2 year exp) to advanced (3+ years exp)

    **You must also be physically cleared from any injuries by your Dr. before joining**

  • I am a NO B.S coach. We want to implement the best strategy objectively. Some strategies will be tougher than others. And we’re also more skilled at some things than others. So we want to be objective and un-emotional when struggle comes up!

    If yo follow the ACTION PLANS I provide each week than by:

    Week 1 - You’ll notice an increase in energy and can lose between 3-8lbs in the first week (dependent on your body’s response)

    Week 4 - By this time you would have lost 10-14lbs

    Week 4-6 - You will notice significant changes in your weight, the way your clothes fit, and significant changes to your pictures (stomach flatter, skin folds shrinking, straighter posture, leaner legs and glutes to name a few!)

  • Getting SHREDDED can feel like a lot of work. To simplify your journey, I have everything done for you!

    Workouts: all workouts will be customized to your equipment and muscular mechanics (meaning providing an exercise that will work for YOU. Ex - modified push ups if you can’t perform a standard one)

    Your workouts will be split into 3-5 weight lifting sessions, hitting each muscle group 1-2x per week (ex - legs & shoulders, chest & shoulders, back, core & arms)

    Every exercise will include a demo video for form

    Nutrition: You have the option of 2 meal plan templates. Either using the done for you meal plan (downloadable excel 7-day meal plan tracker with a master list of proteins, carbs, fats, greens and recipes)

    Connect to MyFitnessPal and I will provide a “Macro cheat sheet” for easy tracking

    Accountability: I’m a NO B.S coach! Our time is VALUABLE! As someone who wants results as quick as possible you’re required to raise the standard for your goals.

    Every Sunday is CHECK IN DAY which requires you to send in your:

    • weight (weekly)

    • or pictures, measurements & weight (all 3 biweekly)

    You’ll also get a questionnaire to give me insight on your next 7 day plan.

    Once you send all the information I will provide you with your ACTION PLAN in a video response. I’ll include everything you’ll need to do to drop more lbs, inches and optimize your nutrition, workouts and aerobics.
